Ashish Dixit

Ashish Dixit is a legal professional with extensive experience in various high-profile roles. Currently serving as the Central Government Standing Counsel for the Delhi High Court since March 2024 and as Legal Counsel at Delhi University since March 2021, Ashish also holds the position of Senior Legal Advisor (Retainer) at Sahitya Akademi - India since December 2020. Ashish has been involved with the Supreme Court of India since September 2010, functioning as Counsel at both the High Court and Supreme Court, along with serving as Senior Panel Counsel for the State of U.P. As Lead Counsel at Chambers of Ashish Dixit since January 2015 and a Retainer at the Delhi Prosecutors Welfare Association, Ashish has a robust legal background that includes a tenure as Senior Associate Advocate in the chambers of renowned lawyers Ram Jethmalani and Sidharth Luthra. Ashish Dixit holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Alternate Dispute Resolution from ILS Law College, Pune.
