Romit Nandan Sahai

Romit Nandan Sahai currently serves as a Judicial Law Clerk-cum-Research Associate at the Supreme Court of India, focusing on the office of Hon'ble Mr. Justice J since August 2023. Previously, Romit held the position of Visiting Editor for the University of Bologna Law Review and served in various roles at the Office of Advocate General of the State of Jharkhand, including Associate and Trainee Associate, dealing with matters such as criminal appeals and insolvency law. Experience also includes internships at prestigious organizations like the Insolvency Law Academy, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, and the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India. Romit holds a Bachelor of Laws from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, has completed coursework at Harvard Law School focusing on Intellectual Property Law, and is pursuing a Company Secretary qualification.
