Sanjar Jilavi

Sanjar Jilavi has over 15 years of work experience in various positions related to quality assurance, engineering, and management. Sanjar began their career in 2004 as a Senior QA/QC Engineer at Namvaran Consulting Engineers;Managers, where they worked until 2010. In 2012, they joined Fluor as a Senior Specialist in Material Management and stayed with the company until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, Sanjar served as the Quality Assurance Manager and Welding Engineer at CANRON WESTERN CONSTRUCTORS, a part of the Supreme Group. Sanjar then moved on to Supreme Group LP in 2017, where they held the roles of Quality Director and Senior Welding Engineer. Currently, Sanjar is working as a Quality Manager at Fluor Corporation.

Sanjar Jilavi, P.Eng, MBA, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Iran University of Science & Technology in 2001. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they pursued their education at Vancouver Island University, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Science in International Business (MScIB). Additionally, Sanjar has obtained several certifications, including Lean Whitebelt from Lean Sensei International, ASNT Level II - RT and Coating Inspector - CSWIP BGAS from TWI, and Senior Welding Inspector - CSWIP 3.2. Sanjar also completed a course on Effective Negotiating from KARRASS.
