Dominique Phaneuf

Dominique Phaneuf has a wealth of work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Most recently, they worked at SupremeX Inc. as the Director of Operations, starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Plant Manager at the same company from September 2020 to April 2022.

Before joining SupremeX Inc., Dominique had a brief period of job search, during which they titled themselves as "Operations Manager" at "In Search of My Next Opportunity." They described themselves as a seasoned, bilingual operation manager with experience in production and maintenance planning, logistics, and related procurement activities. They were responsible for driving performance improvement, coaching, and growth in this role. This position lasted from January 2020 to September 2020.

Dominique's earliest work experience includes roles at Domtar as a Technical Services Coordinator from May 1995 to June 1998, and as a Process Engineer from May 1993 to May 1995.

Dominique Phaneuf completed their Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Chemical Engineering at McGill University from 1992 to 1993. They then pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Chemical Engineering at Université Laval from 1988 to 1992. In 2009, Dominique obtained a Certificate in Project Management from Carleton University. They also hold additional certifications including Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professionals (CMRP) from SMRP (obtained in 2019), P.Eng. from Professional Engineers Ontario (obtained in 2015), and Ing. from Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (obtained in 1992).
