Lucian N. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2010, they worked as a Relationship Banker at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where they focused on developing strong partnerships with clients and cross-selling banking products. From 2014 to 2014, Lucian served as an Environmental Coordinator at Wermlands Nation Lund, where they coordinated environmental projects and activities and ensured compliance with sustainability goals. In 2016, they joined Skåne Stadsmission as a Social Worker, providing assistance to individuals in need. Lucian also has experience in the tourism sector, working as a Guide at Kiruna Guidetur AB and ICEHOTEL AB. In 2019, they became a Board Member at NNGF // NORSK NATURGUIDEFORBUND. Moreover, Lucian has a strong interest in sustainability, having served as a Sustainability Strategist, Head of Sustainability at Supreva.com - Market For Business, and Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board at Mountain Synergies. Lucian continued their education with a Master's degree in Environmental Studies and Sustainability Science (MSc) from Lund University, starting in 2013 and completing in 2016. During their time at Lund University, they also obtained a certificate of completion in the field of climate change from FernUniversität in Hagen in 2015.

To further enhance their knowledge and skills, Lucian pursued various courses and certifications. In 2015, they participated in a course called "Global Environmental Governance Today – Actors, Institutions, Complexity" at Lund University. In 2017, they attended a course on "Nature, Culture and Outdoor Education Methods: The Swedish Mountains" at Kristianstad University. The following year, in 2018, Lucian completed a course on "Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services" at the same university.

In 2019, Lucian enrolled in a course on "Foundations for Strategic Sustainable Development" at Blekinge Institute of Technology. Lucian also earned a certificate as a Trainer from the Ministerul Educatiei Nationale in July 2014.
