Christi Melton

Christi Melton has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in payroll management, HRIS systems, employee performance reviews, recruitment, and benefits administration. Christi started their career as an On-Site Manager and Sr. Staffing Specialist at Staffmark, where they were responsible for daily operations and meeting clients' staffing needs. Afterward, they worked at Ahlstrom as a Human Resource Specialist/Safety Specialist, where they assisted in various HR programs, prepared workers' compensation reports, and handled benefits administration. Currently, Christi serves as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Sur-Seal, LLC, where they manage bi-weekly payroll, maintains employee information, conducts performance reviews, and assists in recruitment efforts.

Christi Melton attended Lancaster High School and obtained their High School Diploma in 1990. Christi later enrolled at Midlands Technical College from 2010 to 2014, but did not complete a degree or specify a field of study during their time there.
