Eric Seals, CPIM

Eric Seals, CPIM has extensive work experience in supply chain management and procurement. Eric most recently served as the Director of Supply Chain at Wanzl North America starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Sur-Seal LLC. / Mueller - Innovative Custom Cut Solutions, where they held various positions including Senior Director of Procurement and Director of Procurement and Systems Development from 2014 to 2023. Eric also worked at Ingersoll Rand as a Supply Chain Manager from 2011 to 2013, and at UTC Fire & Security as a Materials Manager from 2007 to 2011. Their earlier experience includes roles at Johnson Controls, where they served as a Materials Director from 2004 to 2007 and as an Operations/Materials Manager from 1991 to 2004.

Eric Seals, CPIM, holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management (BSIM) with a specialization in Operations from The University of Akron. Eric has also obtained additional certifications, including Lean Certification from the University of Michigan in January 2002, and CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) from APICS in August 2013.
