Matt Van Vleet

Matt Van Vleet has extensive work experience in sales and marketing, particularly in the adhesive and tape industry. Matt is currently the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Sur-Seal, LLC. Prior to this, they worked at 3M for over 17 years, starting in 2006. During their tenure at 3M, they held various roles including National Sales Director, End-User Key Accounts, Senior Manager, U.S. Converter Markets, U.S. East Region Business Manager, Converter Markets, Global Marketing Manager, Thin Bonding, U.S. Marketing Manager, Laminating Adhesives, U.S. Product Manager, Masking, Duct, Flatback Tapes, U.S. IATD - MLA Marketing, U.S. IMC - Key Account Supervisor, U.S. IATD Sales, and U.S. AAD Sales.

Matt Van Vleet obtained their Bachelor's degree in the year 2005 from St. Olaf College. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2012 to 2014.
