María Camila Gaviria López

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and education. Since August 2020, Mariana has been the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana also serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana was both the owner and manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a Nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana has also contributed to academia as a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
