María Fernanda Camacho Carrillo

Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. Since August 2020, Mariana has been the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed to education as a university lecturer in applied mathematics and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
