Tania Silva has extensive experience in the legal field, particularly in investment and financial regulation. Currently serving in the Legal - Investment department at SURA Perú since July 2018, Tania previously worked as an Associate at Estudio Olaechea, where responsibilities centered on financial regulation and capital markets. Additionally, Tania has a foundational background as a legal assistant at the Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores, focusing on the evaluation of regulatory compliance and supervision related to various financial entities. Tania holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and is currently pursuing a specialization in business and financial law at Universidad ESAN.
