Viviana Alvarado Balderas is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as the Director Ejecutivo Jurídico, de Cumplimiento y Gobierno Corporativo at Afore Sura since May 2003, Viviana has held significant roles such as Legal & Compliance VP at ING Bank México and Subdirector de Disposiciones at the Comisión Nacional del Sistema de Ahorro para el Retiro. Academically, Viviana holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, completed a Management for Lawyers program at Yale School of Management, and has additional legal qualifications from Georgetown University Law Center and Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
