Mélanie le Maguet

Mélanie Le Maguet currently holds the position of Responsable des Ressources Humaines et de la Formation at Suravenir since February 2019. With extensive experience at Crédit Mutuel Arkéa since July 2011 as Responsable du service projets et animation RH, Mélanie manages a team of nine and oversees negotiations with labor unions on various employment and professional development topics. Mélanie played a key role in integrating new initiatives such as disability mission, workplace quality of life, skill sponsorship, and gender equality in 2017. Previously, at Federal Finance from February 2006 to July 2011, Mélanie served as a marketing project manager, focusing on market studies and product management. Educational qualifications include a Master 2 in Marketing from Nantes Université and a Master 1 in Commerce from Le Havre Normandy University, along with a DUT in Techniques de commercialisation.
