Prior to that, a substantial tenure at The Travel Corporation included roles such as Manager for Luxury & Mature Brands and Youth Brands Reservations and Lead Agent, showcasing strong leadership and sales capabilities. Ashley began a career in retail management as Store Manager at Sandpiper CI, where consistent performance in exceeding budget targets was demonstrated. Educational qualifications include an ILM Level 3 award in Leadership & Management from GTA University Centre.
