Phil Marquis has extensive experience in customer operations and engineering management, with over 40 years in the telecommunications and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Head of Customer Operations at Sure International since May 2010, Phil oversees the Customer Engineering team, focusing on wholesale and retail services for both business and residential clients. Prior to this, Phil held various roles at Cable and Wireless, including Customer Engineering, Access Engineering, and Carrier Services Manager, where responsibilities included managing field engineers and overseeing line plant maintenance. Phil's career began at Guernsey Telecom, where roles encompassed Customer Engineering Manager, Provisioning Manager, and field engineer positions. Early in the career as an Electrical Engineer at Electrical Engineering CI, Phil specialized in industrial installation projects within the Channel Islands and parts of southern England.
