With a career spanning over two decades, Tracy has also worked at Manx Telecom in various roles including Head of Customer Care and Customer Support Manager, focusing on operational performance and customer satisfaction. Tracy's educational background includes degrees in HR, an MBA, and several diplomas in Strategic Management & Leadership from respected institutions.
