Arthur Ballard

Arthur Ballard is an experienced consultant and quality assurance professional with a strong background in the electric and water industries. Currently serving as a CC&B Consultant and Senior QA Tester at Sure Power Consulting since August 2019, Arthur specializes in integration, regression, and user acceptance testing across various systems including Maximo and C2M. Additionally, since December 2019, Arthur has held the position of Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Turnberry Solutions, focusing on system integration testing, regression, and UAT for CC&B and C2M. Prior experience includes serving as Sr Test Lead at CCCi from August 2011 to June 2018 and as Test Lead at Oncor Electric Delivery from July 2001 to August 2011.
