Gareth Burchell

Gareth has worked as a partner in Sure Valley Ventures fund 1 since 2017 and has taken a role as Venture Partner in the UK fund, he has significant experience in understanding, funding, structuring and developing small companies.

Gareth began his career in the Insurance industry and spent 3 years at RBS Insurance prior to setting his sights on a career in the city. His financial career began as a trainee Stockbroker in 2003 and he has spent his time trading Equity markets ranging from FTSE 100 companies, right through to small cap and fledgling stocks. He has developed strong and lasting relationships with corporate brokers, market makers and market professionals throughout London. Gareth has obtained the Diploma in Private Client Investment Advice and Management (Level 6).
