Dushan Bilbija

Dushan Bilbija has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Dushan is the Founder and Managing Partner of Waypoint Pathfinders, LLP since November 2019. Prior to that, they served as the CTO at SureAdhere Mobile Technology, Inc. from January 2015. In 2012, they co-founded Concila, Inc. and held the position of Vice President for Technology.

From 1998, Dushan Bilbija worked at PantheonTechnology as the Founder/Principal. In this role, they served as a lead database architect, systems integration specialist, integration architect and engineer, project manager, and data migration specialist.

Dushan also held the position of Senior Consultant at Crosslake Technologies, LLC from November 2014 to November 2019. Additionally, Dushan Bilbija served on the Board of Directors for the Serbian Unity Congress from 2004 to 2014.

Other notable roles include Sr. Architect/Director of IT at Trov Inc. in 2012, and CTO at VARDA, Inc. from July 2005 to June 2012. Dushan also worked as the Director of Corporate Applications at Purple Communications, Inc. from January 2008 to August 2011, and as the Director of IT at GoAmerica, Inc. from August 2001 to December 2007.

Dushan Bilbija attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1987 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering. Dushan continued their education at the same university from 1992 to 1999, earning a Master of Engineering degree in the same field.
