Heather Rozmus is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Projects at Acadian Software and Convoke, as well as Chief of Staff at SureCost, LLC, Heather has a strong background in business development and strategic initiatives. Previous roles include Technical Recruiter at Lightwave Partners and Lead Recruiter at MBI Inc., where responsibilities encompassed the entire recruiting process and talent acquisition strategies.
