Miroslav Wiesner

Miroslav Wiesner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the creative and technology sectors. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Surefire Agency since 2006, Wiesner has established an international booking agency. Wiesner also serves as Executive Director of the MUTEK Foundation, focused on the intersection of art, music, and technology, and the production of MUTEK Festival's US edition. Additionally, as the Founder and Managing Partner of SPC Creative Associates, Wiesner leads the production of contemporary art projects. Previous experience includes board advisory roles at Recurrent Labs and Pixorial Inc., as well as leadership positions at Pressing Issues Recordings and Quarterform, showcasing expertise in community-based initiatives and design strategies. Wiesner's educational background includes a Bachelor of Design from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design and a certificate from the New Brunswick College of Craft and Design.
