Carlos Castillo

Carlos Castillo is an experienced professional with a diverse background in account management, client engagement, and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as Account Manager Team Lead and Onboarding Specialist II at Surefire Local since November 2021, Carlos oversees client engagements, ensuring they meet and exceed expectations, while also training new Implementation Managers.
