Dennis Radgowski

Dennis Radgowski has extensive experience in operations management and engineering, spanning over two decades across various industries. As the Director of Operations Suppressors and Weapons at SureFire since January 2010, Dennis has improved production capabilities significantly while implementing lean manufacturing principles. Co-owning RME since 2008, Dennis has supported business growth and customer acquisition. Previous roles include establishing safety programs at Forged Metals, serving as a Senior Process Engineer at Wyle Laboratories, and managing ERP implementations at Manugistics. Dennis's career began at Boeing, where leadership responsibilities included project scheduling and material management. Educational qualifications include a degree in Operations Management from The University of Texas at El Paso and a BA in Business with a focus on Marketing and Advertising Management from California State University, Fullerton.
