Pete Twedell

As Chief of Staff, Pete leads Surefox with an emphasis on quality, transparency, and respect. Implementing his 30+ years of experience in the security industry and special operations community and as a nonprofit leader, Pete collaborates alongside his team to carry out Surefox’s vision. His efforts have aided in recruiting and integrating high-caliber leaders into the company.

Prior to joining Surefox in 2020, Pete served in the military for 21 years with seven combat deployments and 12 years serving in 1st SFOD-D. Pete received a Bachelor of Science degree in human factors engineering from West Point and was recognized on the Commandant’s List.

He also received his Master of Arts/Master of Science in defense analysis – terrorist operations and financing from Naval Postgraduate School, earning the Top Thesis Award and Pat Tillman Award for Leadership.
