Mairim Salazar Rodríguez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mairim started their career in the hotel industry, working in various roles including Jefe de Reservas (Reservations Manager), Agente de Reservas (Reservations Agent), and Recepcionista (Receptionist) from 2006 to 2011. Mairim then transitioned to the field of environmental consulting, working as an Inspector SIHO-Analista Ambiental (SIHO Inspector - Environmental Analyst) from 2011 to 2013. Following that, they worked as an Inspector at DOBLE S INGENIEROS CONSULTORES from 2013 to 2014.

In 2014, Mairim joined Hoteles Plaza el Bosque as a Recepcionista (Receptionist) and Auditor, a role they held until 2015. Mairim then moved on to Banchile Inversiones, where they worked as an Ejecutiva de Atención al Cliente Bilingüe - Reemplazo (Bilingual Customer Service Executive - Replacement) from 2016 to 2016.

Continuing their career in the hotel industry, Mairim joined Atton Hoteles as a Coordinador de Eventos (Events Coordinator) from 2016 to 2017, followed by a role as Gerente de Eventos (Events Manager) at Chile Explore Group from 2017 to 2018.

In 2018, Mairim shifted their focus to customer success and joined Zelf Experience as a Customer Success Specialist. In this role, they guided clients in using the Talento y Cultura SurePeople platform, providing training, follow-ups, and generating customer engagement and satisfaction.

Currently, Mairim works at SurePeople as a Client Success Manager.

Mairim Salazar Rodríguez began their education at IUTSO in 2004 and completed their degree in TSU Idiomas Mención Ingles in 2008. Mairim then attended IUTA from 2008 to 2012 and obtained a Técnico Superior en Higiene y Seguridad Industrial degree. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained certifications in PARTICULAS MAGNETICAS NIVEL I, TINTES PENETRANTES NIVEL I, and ULTRASONIDO NIVEL I from Ultra Inspecciones C.A. in January 2013. Mairim also participated in the 1er USAR 2011 program offered by BREA in April 2010 and obtained the AMBITION TO LEARN certification from OXFORD Puerto La Cruz in June 2003.
