Alexandra Haralambakos

Alexandra Haralambakos has extensive experience in project management and client services, currently serving as the Project Manager of XML Implementation for New Installations at SurePoint Technologies since 2004. In this role, Alexandra manages the XML Invoice project and guides clients through various conversion phases while providing XML training and support. Previously, Alexandra worked as a Client Services Representative at SurePoint Technologies, facilitating the transition of clients from installation to regular support. Before that, Alexandra held the position of Client Services Manager at Manac Solutions Inc., where responsibilities included merging support teams and developing training materials. Alexandra holds a BComm in Marketing and International Business from Concordia University and has coursework towards an MBA from McGill University, along with a DEC in Commerce from Vanier College.
