Andrea Douglas

Andrea Douglas has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Andrea started their career at the Institute of Medicine of the National Academies of Science, where they served as the Deputy Director of Health Policy Programs from 2002 to 2005. Following that, they joined PhRMA in 2004 and held various roles, including Director of State Government Affairs and Public Policy, where they reviewed state legislative and regulatory proposals and represented the organization's policy positions in state legislatures. Andrea then became the Senior Director of Federal Advocacy and Public Policy, where they led and executed a legislative agenda, developed advocacy strategies, and forged strategic partnerships with stakeholder groups.
