David Reynolds has over 15 years of experience in technical writing and documentation. David began their career at Coleman Hanna Carwash Systems LLC as a Technical Writer and Quality Assurance Specialist, where they wrote various types of documentation and played a key role in improving shipping delivery accuracy. David then worked as a Technical Writer for Hewlett-Packard through Lionbridge and Aquent, where they focused on user guide documentation and localization for HP's products. In their most recent role at Surescripts, David served as a Senior Technical Writer, taking ownership of implementation guides, help documentation, and release notes. David collaborated with different teams to gather product information and fulfill documentation requirements for various audiences. Throughout their career, David has consistently demonstrated their expertise in writing, editing, and streamlining documentation processes.
