Kevin Mondoro

Kevin Mondoro has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kevin began their career in 1997 as an EDI Coordinator at MCI WorldCom, where they served as the main point of contact for EDI Trading Partners within Accounts Payable.

In 2000, Kevin joined Verizon as a Software Engineer, QA Tester, and Release Coordinator in the Corporate EDI department. Kevin was responsible for developing an inbound transaction process and coding JCL to translate outbound telephone bill data into the EDI 811 standard transaction set.

Moving on to Verizon Business in 2006, Kevin worked as a Software Engineer, EDI Production Support Specialist, and Lead Data Communications Support Analyst. Kevin was responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of electronic invoices to customers and being the main contact for production issues. Additionally, they served as the subject matter expert for AS2 and VAN communications methods.

In 2011, Kevin joined Surescripts as a Certification Project Manager, where they trained new staff, developed test cases, and provided ongoing support for certification of Prescription Benefit, Formulary, Medication History, and Electronic Prior Authorization products. Kevin later took on the role of Senior Certification Project Manager, acting as the Certification Department SME and leading cross-functional team meetings.

Most recently, Kevin served as the Principal Integration Management Analyst at Surescripts, where they advised customers during design-development reviews, conducted testing and certification meetings, and collaborated with team members to maintain internal integration process documentation.

Throughout their career, Kevin has demonstrated a strong technical background and expertise in EDI, software development, and project management.

Kevin Mondoro obtained a Bachelor's degree in Religion/Religious Studies from William & Mary. Kevin attended the university from 1990 to 1994 to complete their BA in Religion.
