Nhu Nguyen has diverse work experience in various companies. Starting from 2014, Nhu worked as a Receptionist at Cloud9 Spa. In 2015, Nhu transitioned to become a Customer Service Associate at Just In Time Medical Services. Then, in 2016, Nhu had two roles simultaneously: a Patent Examiner Externship at USPTO and a Patient Support Associate at Mirixa Corporation. In 2019, Nhu worked as a Language Proficiency Test Grader at Liberty Language Services. Finally, Nhu joined Surescripts in 2020, initially as an Associate Customer Support Analyst and later transitioned to the role of a Customer Support Account Analyst in July 2022.
Nhu Nguyen received a Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from George Mason University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their degree, Nhu has obtained several certifications, including Excel Data Analysis: Forecasting, Learning SQL Programming, and Oracle Database 19c: Basic SQL. These certifications were obtained in 2020 through LinkedIn.
