Steve Hoban

Steve Hoban is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Suresite Group Ltd since January 2021 and as the Chairman of LSIP Customer Service at Lancashire LSIP since October 2022, Steve has demonstrated strong strategic oversight and development skills. Previous roles include Marketing at Lakeland, HOD Non Edible Groceries & Pharmacy and General Manager for the smart shopper loyalty scheme at Pick n Pay, and significant positions with Wal*Mart Global Procurement and Asda, focusing on procurement and sourcing. Steve holds a 2:1 honors degree in Medical Microbiology and Bacteriology from The Manchester Metropolitan University, completed in 1991.
