Previous roles include Marketing at Lakeland, HOD Non Edible Groceries & Pharmacy and General Manager for the smart shopper loyalty scheme at Pick n Pay, and significant positions with Wal*Mart Global Procurement and Asda, focusing on procurement and sourcing. Steve holds a 2:1 honors degree in Medical Microbiology and Bacteriology from The Manchester Metropolitan University, completed in 1991.
