Shab Dayan

Shab Dayan has a strong background in operations and warehouse management. Starting in 1993, they worked as a Production Manager at Jax Fashion Inc. From 1996 to 2006, they served as the Director of Operations at SUGOI, where they oversaw various aspects such as costing, manufacturing, distribution, and quality assurance. They successfully built an efficient operations structure to accommodate fast sales growth and implemented lean processes.

In 2007, Shab joined The Portables Exhibit Systems Ltd. as a Director of Operations. They implemented lean processes, reduced costs and production throughput time, and restructured operations to improve flow and ownership. They also held a similar position at The Portables Exhibit Systems Ltd. in the same year.

From 2008 to 2013, Shab worked as the Director of Warehousing & Logistics and Director of Operations at JMax Global Distributors Inc. During this time, they consolidated warehouses, implemented improvements to warehouse operations, improved inventory accuracy, and reduced labor costs.

In 2013, Shab served as a Process Improvement Manager at JET Equipment and Tools, and from 2014 to 2015, they held the role of Director of Operations at Garmatex Technologies, Inc.

Most recently, Shab worked at SureWerx from 2015 onward as the Director of Warehouse Operations. In this role, they directed daily operations, implemented improvement processes across multiple locations, planned and executed initiatives to increase efficiency in picking-packing-shipping, and implemented a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to improve inventory accuracy and control.

Shab Dayan earned an Operations Management Certificate from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2012. Shab also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
