Gyan Kapur

Gyan Kapur is currently the Co-Managing Partner at Surface Ventures, running a $50mm fund alongside their partner Dimitri focused on seed and pre-seed stage startups. As a Kauffman Fellow at Kauffman Fellows Program, Gyan is part of a global network of VCs and innovation leaders. With experience as Managing Director at Bayes Ventures and Vice President at Activate Venture Partners, Gyan has a strong background in investing in high-growth technology companies. Prior to this, Gyan worked as an Associate in FX Options Trading at Citi. Gyan holds an MBA from The Wharton School and completed their undergraduate studies at Columbia University.
