Harini Sridharan is the co-founder and CTO of Surfee, a software company that specializes in computer vision algorithms for semantic category recognition from high spatial resolution overhead imagery. Harini has also worked as a postdoctoral research associate at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory, where they developed computer vision algorithms for semantic category recognition from high spatial resolution overhead imagery and ported them into a GPU-based solution for nation-level mapping of critical assets. Prior to their work at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Sridharan was a software engineering intern at ERDAS, where they implemented and tested novel Object-based classification cues into the ERDAS Objective module using C++ and Imagine Developers toolkit.
