Ryan Cruse

Ryan Cruse is an accomplished managerial professional with extensive experience in non-profit leadership and environmental initiatives. Currently serving as Senior Manager of the Student Club Network at The Surfrider Foundation, Ryan has held various roles within the organization since September 2014, including Youth Club Network Manager and Oregon Field Manager. As a Co-Founder and Board Member of Warm Current, Ryan has successfully developed and implemented programs such as Wetsuit Recycling and Kids Surf Camps, benefiting hundreds of youth and promoting sustainability. Previous positions include Program Manager at the Community Energy Project, where Ryan enhanced service delivery and productivity, and Sustainability Specialist for Clark County, focusing on native plant projects and energy efficiency. With a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Policy and Sustainable Transportation from Western Washington University, along with a foundational education in Environmental Policy at the University of Washington, Ryan Cruse possesses a strong background in environmental policy and operations management.
