Linhua Guan

Linhua Guan is currently the CEO of Surge Energy America, a major private oil and gas producer. Prior to this role, Linhua served as the Chairman of Star Energy International Corp and held various leadership positions at Statoil. With a background in engineering and geology, Linhua has extensive experience in the energy industry, including work with Chevron and China National Petroleum Corporation. Linhua holds multiple advanced degrees, including an EMBA and MBA from Rice Business.
