Teresa Salinas DeMoura PHR, SHRM-CP is an experienced Learning and Organizational Development professional with a strong background in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Learning and Organizational Development Manager at Surge Energy America, Teresa has successfully designed and implemented the organization's inaugural Talent and Organizational Development functions. Previous positions include Senior Talent Management Consultant at Dynegy, where Teresa developed strategic talent management programs, and Regional Learning & Development Manager at Proserv, overseeing training programs across the Americas. Teresa’s career also includes significant roles at The Friedkin Group, where expertise in organizational development flourished, and as Human Resources Director at Richard Smith Company, where Teresa established the HR department from the ground up. Teresa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International/Global Studies from Texas A&M University, graduating Cum Laude.
