Allyson Hayward is an experienced fitness instructor currently working at Surge Fitness and HIGH Fitness since July 2021 and January 2020, respectively. Additionally, Allyson has been a photographer for Moments by Ally since September 2014 and served as a fitness instructor at StepIt Fitness from December 2022 to December 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an on-call housekeeper at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, an office assistant at Weber State University, a teller at America First Credit Union, a study hall monitor at Weber State University, and a sales associate at UPS and Gap Inc./Old Navy. Allyson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Therapy from Weber State University.

Surge Fitness
Surge is an EMS Micro-fitness Gym club. Its approach is tailored on fitness training and settings to each and every member. When you book your free trial session, one EMS personal trainers will be assigned to you. Their first job will be to get to know you and understand your needs and fitness goals. Using this information, they will profile atthe right EMS training level for you that will evolve with you as your training progresses. You’ll be monitored during each personal training session to ensure you’re always on track to meet your goals and the intensity is relevant to you.
