Jonathan Alagiah

Jonathan Alagiah is a seasoned professional in product management and business analysis with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Surge Global since November 2022, Jonathan previously held the role of Senior Business Analyst at Empite from December 2017 to October 2022, where responsibilities included client consultations and acting as Scrum Master and Product Owner. Jonathan began the career as a Business Analyst at Creo360, contributing to project management and client customization, and increased technical competencies during an internship at IBM Sri Lanka. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems with Business Management from the University of Westminster, completed in 2014.
