Tina Cole has a diverse work experience. Tina started their career in 2014 as a General Manager at Sparta, where they worked until 2016. In 2016, they joined Surge Staffing as a Workforce Manager and later progressed to District Workforce Manager. From 2022 to 2023, they held the position of Workforce Solution Vice President before being promoted to On-site Support Senior Vice President.
