Tadina Ross began their work experience in 2008 as a Teacher for Teach For America D.C. Region, where they taught for two years. In 2014, they became the Managing Director for Surge Transportation, where they currently hold this role.

Tadina Ross has pursued higher education at various prestigious institutions. Tadina obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. Additionally, they earned a Master of Education (MEd) from American University.
