Nancy Licata

Nancy Licata has over 20 years of work experience. Nancy began their career in 1999 at Fairchild Semiconductor as a Global Logistics Business System Support, where they developed a process to move inventory daily from factory to distribution center to optimize shipping network. Nancy then served as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst and was a key member of the implementation team for inventory shipping operations for four business acquisitions. In 2016, Nancy moved to ON Semiconductor as a Logistics Analyst, Acquisition, where they completed two-phase implementation and global distribution centers, and served as project lead for carrier automation changes. In 2018, Nancy joined Guilford County Schools as a Co Teacher, where they supported 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade teachers with academic support and provided one-on-one assistance with academics. Currently, Nancy is a QA Manager and Systems Analyst at Surgere, where they are responsible for client optimization.
