T. David Morgan has experience in a variety of roles ranging from Field Engineer to Infantry Soldier. In 2023, they began working as a Field Engineer for Surgere. In 2021, they became a Problem Solve Manager at Amazon, where they designed an automatic sim ticketing process for the site to accurately track and resolve 67,000+ virtual tickets in six months, identified automation at the site resulting in combined savings of $20,000,000 annually, and directly managed 150 associates. In 2020, they were a Transmission Lineman for Groves Construction. In 2018, they became a Project Manager for Hempistry, Inc, where they were responsible for the set up of equipment and the necessary execution to ensure that all 100 acres of hemp crops within the company were harvested, processed, and bagged. In 2017, they were an Infantry Soldier for the Ohio National Guard. In 2016, they were an Undergraduate Research Analyst for the University of Akron Engineering Research Center and Texs A&M. Finally, in 2014, they were a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for Cadiz Door Company, LLC Clay Ingles Company, where they were responsible for receiving merchandise, checking and signing delivery slips, inspecting and verifying incoming goods, and organizing distribution and shipping of merchandise.
T. David Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Sciences from Murray State University, obtained in 2019, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Corrosion Engineering from The University of Akron, obtained between 2015 and 2018. T. David also holds two additional certifications: SSD1 (Structured Self Development Level 1) from the United States Army, obtained in September 2018, and Cad Tech 1 from Hopkinsville Community College, obtained in May 2015.
