Blair Hendrix

Blair Hendrix is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and operational management. Currently serving as a Partner at Bain Capital since November 2000, Blair also holds board director positions at Surgery Partners, Inc. and U.S. Renal Care, where responsibilities include chairing the Nominating and Governance and Compliance Committees, respectively. Previous board positions include Clear Channel Outdoor, BMC Software, The Weather Company, and Keystone Automotive Industries, Inc. Prior to these roles, Blair was the Chief Operating Officer at DigiTrace Care Services from 1991 to 2000 and worked as a consultant at Corporate Decisions, Inc. from 1987 to 1991. Blair holds a degree from Brown University, obtained between 1983 and 1987.
