Cynthia Meaux

Cynthia Meaux is a seasoned healthcare executive currently serving as VP & Chief of Staff to the CFO at Surgery Partners, Inc. since November 2023 and as a Fellow at the Nashville Health Care Council, beginning January 2024. Prior to these roles, Cynthia held significant positions at HCA Healthcare as Group Vice President of Strategy, overseeing corporate and market strategy for a vast network generating over $35 billion in revenue, and at Tenet Healthcare as Senior Director of Strategy & Operations, where strategic initiatives were executed across various healthcare functions. Cynthia's early career included pivotal roles at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where responsibilities ranged from directing operations in surgical services to leading the design and implementation of a health system business intelligence system. Cynthia holds both a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Business Administration and an MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas.
