Position Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and skilled product professional with a strong project management focus, to serve as the vital link between customer requirements and technical teams.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, hands-on expertise, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Be involved in creating simulation and education solutions for the Trauma and emergency care world, for both hospitals and pre-hospitals, using a cutting-edge technology of mixed reality. Communicate with all areas of the company throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the product development process from product concept to launch; Work closely with development teams across the company.
- Understand customer requirements, including technological, medical, and systemic aspects, and translate them into actionable tasks for technical teams.
- Lead the project to high-quality results within the given project timelines, prepare marketing and educational materials to support the product in the field.
- Support marketing activities such as demonstrations to customers, exhibitions, courses.
- Work with your manager to support the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
Requirements:
- BSc (e.g. Biologylife sciencebio-medical engineeringMedical) - Must
- 2-3 years of experience as a product/project manager of a complex product (hardware and software), in a company with global orientation – Must.
- Proven experience in developing and working with mixed reality (VR/AR) solutions (advantage)
- Experience in leading product development for new applications in unexplored customer segments (advantage)
- This position requires travel to customer, partners’ sites and exhibitions – 25%
- Excellent English – both verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent human relation skills, able to work well at all levels in the organization.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey value, create engagement, and spark customer interest

- Fast learner, with proven self-learning skills. Passionate about speaking the customer’s language.
- Solutions finder, sharp, able to distinguish the wheat from the chaff.
- Motivated, ambitious and hard working.
- Experience in writing documentation such as Product Requirements Documents (PRD)– an advantage.
