Niclas Olsson has a diverse work experience that includes executive roles in various industries. Niclas is currently serving as the Executive Vice President, Industry & OEM at Surgical Science, a leading supplier of medical virtual reality simulators. Prior to this, Olsson founded and worked as a Senior Business Advisor at MedPer AB, where they helped transform the Medtech industry with effective sales and marketing strategies. Niclas also served as the Chief Executive Officer at BrainLit, a company that develops personalized light solutions, and as the President of CellMark Medical, a global supply-chain service provider. In addition, Olsson has experience as the President & Founder of Trajection LLC, specializing in business strategy for medical device companies in emerging markets, and as the CEO of Healthcare Services and CEO Asia & Africa at Synergy Health PLC, where they managed and executed strategic plans and achieved financial targets. Furthermore, Olsson has held leadership positions at Getinge International Asia Ltd., where they managed sales and service companies and achieved sales growth and profitability. Niclas also served as the Vice Chairman of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and the Director of Sales at Sanmina. Finally, Olsson has experience as a Division Manager at Mannesmann Rexroth Sweden.

Niclas Olsson attended Wensrömsla Gymnasiet from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering. From 1990 to 1994, they studied Computer Science at Lund University. In 1999, they completed the Young Managers Programme at INSEAD, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Lastly, in 2007-2008, they attended Summit Leadership Academy, where they focused on Strategic leadership, managing global business, and supply chain management.
