Shakhriyor Gafurov

Shakhriyor Gafurov has a diverse range of work experience. Shakhriyor joined the Surhan Gas Chemical Operating Company in 2019 and worked as a Specialist of the gas production technology and field facilities department until June 2020. From June 2020 to April 2021, they served as the Chief Specialist of the Field Development Department. Currently, they hold the position of Head of the Field Development Department at the same company.

Prior to this, Shakhriyor worked at Uz-Kor Gas Chemical LLC from 2017 to 2019. During their time there, they held various roles, including Metrology Technician of the Instrumentation department, 6th Grade Analyser Specialist of the Instrumentation department, 5th Grade Technician of the Process Technical department, 4th Grade Fieldman of the Instrumentation department, and 3rd Grade Document Controller of the Instrumentation department.

In 2015, Shakhriyor had an opportunity to participate in an international student program at Chippewa Retreat Resort. Shakhriyor worked as a Maintenance Technician as part of the InterExchange Work & Travel USA program. During this time, they enhanced their soft skills such as negotiation, budgeting, coordination, leadership, and organizational skills by working in a multicultural team and adapting to new work environments.

Shakhriyor Gafurov obtained their Bachelor's degree from Kovrov State Technological Academy named after V.A.Degtyarev (KSTA) between the years 2012 and 2016. The field of study for their degree is not specified.
