Michelle Mannion

Michelle Mannion currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at SURI, a position held since February 2025. Previously, Michelle served as the VP of Global Operations & Supply Chain at Beauty Pie, overseeing end-to-end supply chain management and driving strategic initiatives from February 2020 to February 2025. Prior roles include Global Operations & Supply Chain Director at Unilever Prestige and various positions at L'Oréal, where responsibilities encompassed supply planning strategies and establishing customer supply chain functions. Michelle’s early career included roles at Mars and Canada Life. Educational credentials include a BA in European Business from Dublin City University and diplomas in Purchasing & Materials Management.
