Eyal Tirkel

Eyal Tirkel began their career in 2004 as a Software Developer for the Israel Defense Forces. In this role, they were responsible for developing mission-critical and tactical-demanding applications using C, C++, and Win32 API. Eyal also worked as a Web Developer, developing an Information Management System that serviced over 350 users. In 2008, they enrolled as a student at Ben Gurion University.

In 2012, Tirkel joined Boox as a Senior Software Developer. In this role, they were responsible for C# and MySQL development, web-crawling technologies development, and search algorithms improvement and development. Eyal then moved to Verint in 2013, where they worked as a Senior Software Developer. Their responsibilities included Java, C#, and C/C++ development, soft real-time development, and handling and processing huge amounts of network traffic.

In 2016, Tirkel co-founded Findodo - Gifting Got Personal, where they served as Co-Founder and CTO. Their roles included responsibility for the Technology Vision and Execution, including hiring and training staff and outsource, as well as researching and developing their solution and core technologies. Finally, in 2019, Tirkel co-founded Suridata.ai, where they serve as Co-Founder and Chief Architect. Suridata provides SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) solutions to secure SaaS applications, including 0365, Slack, GitHub, Salesforce and dozens of others. Their role includes responsibility for identifying and remediating misconfigurations, 3rd-party applications, and access risks.

Eyal Tirkel obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 2008 and 2012.
